Weapon (warhammer), rare (requires attunement)

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls you make with this magic weapon. Each successful strike stores Momentum (up to three times), reducing attack by 1/2/3. As a free action, on a successful attack, the wielder can unleash the Momentum, adding 1d4/1d6/1d8 Force damage. The creature must succeed on a Strength save of DC 12/14/16 or be knocked prone. In addition, if the wielder rolls a 20, the mace immediately unleashes its Momentum, adding a second dice to the Force damage, and raising the Strength save DC to 16 regardless of Momentum, knocking the target back 10ft in addition to prone on a failure. If the wielder ever misses a strike, the Momentum immediately dissipates.

Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
