Amulet of War Magic

This amulet is imbued with the essence of war.  While wearing it you can cast any spell with a casting time of one minute or less in one action and your concentration on a spell cannot be broken. This amulet also allows you to cast any spell of third level or lower without any components, so long as it is a spell you know and have prepared. Finally, it gives you access to one battle cantrip from any spell list. You use your own spellcasting ability when using this cantrip and cannot cast it without having the amulet on.
