Arcamber is a honey-colored crystaline substance that has the ability to store magical energy within it. A chunk of arcamber can usually fit within the palm of someone's hand. A spellcaster can cast a spell of any level into a piece of arcamber. The arcamber will store the spell within it. Anyone holding a piece of arcamber can use their action to cast the spell housed inside of the crystal. The spell takes effect as it would if it had been cast regularly, however the modifiers and DCs used for the spell are that of the one who stored the spell within the arcamber originally. The spell is cast at the same level at which it was originally stored within the arcamber. Each piece of arcamber can house one spell inside of it at a time. The arcamber is destroyed after 1d6 uses (roll this d6 when storing a spell inside of the arcamber for the first time).
Wondrous Item, very rare
