This magic Item summons the power of the lost god Atlantis summoning a tidal wave after hitting. The tidal wave reaches to the arrow only if attuned. If not attuned it only does 1d6+4 piercing damage. The tidal wave is 100 ft tall and 200 ft wide. The water damage is 5d6+7.
This is usually used by Water Gensai rogues. If you aren’t fitting those requirements you will be arrested and killed by the water Gensai leaders. Unless you can convince them that you are a Water Gensai

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
