One of the oldest living strains of Lycanthrope blood, strengthened and honed over many years by the Hunter's Bane and Volgrid's mastery of his lycanthropy. A transfusion of this blood would most likely kill someone, but it carries uncanny strength, granting Volgrid his incredible power. Perhaps someone might be able to use it...
- At the beginning of combat, then once every minute while in combat, if he has at least one hit point, Volgrid gains 2d10 + his constitution modifier bonus hit points.
- Volgrid has advantage on initiative rolls and cannot be surprised.
- The damage inflicted on Volgrid when activating a Crimson Rite or amplifying a Blood Curse is halved.
- His strength, constitution, and intelligence scores can exceed 20.
- He is immune to Necrotic Damage.
- Only one person can be attuned to this blood at any given time. If, through a conscious decision, he decides to un-attune to the blood and let someone else "inherit" it, Volgrid will immediately die.
IF SOMEONE ELSE WERE TO HAVE A TRANSFUSION OF THIS BLOOD:
- They would have to spend the next eight hours in agony, making one Constitution Saving Throw every hour. They cannot have advantage on these rolls.
-The initial DC is 16, and it increases by 1 for every hour that passes.
- If the user fails on four or more saving throws, they die.
- Each failed saving throw reduces their maximum hit points by 20.
- If they succeed on four or more saving throws by 5 or more, they gain a feat and an ability score increase.
Notes: Bonus: Hit Points, Immunity: Necrotic, Advantage: Initiative, Blood Hunter of Volgrid's choice
