Whoever is wearing this cloak is constantly teleporting anywhere within a 5 foot radius of their current location. They can control the general direction that they travel, but not the exact location they appear. The wearer can use an action to turn on or turn off this ability.

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
