When the amulet is placed around the wearer's neck, provided the wearer is a level 6 or higher fighter, an unearthly scream is heard. The scream is so loud the wearer must make an endurance feat (-5) or be rendered unconscious for (1d6) minutes. Once a day the wearer can emit a bloodcurdling cry that deafens all combatants within a 30' radius for (4) rounds. Additionally, allies receive a bonus (+1) for initiative and all feat rolls for (4) rounds. The wearer's Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity all increased to base (20) with corresponding bonuses for the predetermined duration.
