Armor (leather), uncommon (requires attunement by a small sized creature)
Goblins may be known for many bad things, but they are renowned for their speed. This armor amplifies that speed for all those small enough to take advantage of it. While attuned to this armor, once per day you may use a bonus action to cast Expeditious Retreat at first level.
The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
Notes: small sized creature
