Armchair of Flying

This armchair weighs 30 lbs and remains inert until the command word is spoken by the attuned user. When the command word is spoken, the chair begins hovering. While in the chair the rider has a flying speed of 40 ft, however the chair can only carry 300 lbs. If for any reason the chair is holding more than 300 lbs of weight it ceases to fly.

While riding in the chair, the rider has disadvantage on all melee attacks.
