Albert was a Cleric and was never sober, but of such a truly good soul. Upon his death his god bless and cursed his flask to ever be full of the finest drink or the stalest of water. As to who Albert's god is not even Albert knew and was the only know cleric. Lore says the flask was his holy symbol but most believe it was his good soul.
Those who drinks from this flask they enjoy their favorite libation, what ever that may be. (as long as it's alcoholic in nature)you have advantage for 24 hours on all Religion checks, otherwise it's just stale water and you are at disadvantage on all Religion checks for 24 hours*. 6 people may drink once from the flask before it's empty. Upon being emptied the possessor must fill the flask with water and wait till the break of the new day to drink from it again otherwise it's just stale water*. Any Cleric of good alignment can cast Cure Wounds once per person up to six people in 24 hour
