Amulet of the Genasi Champion

Creatures who are level 4 or below receive no benefit from this item, although it will still show as magical.  When properly attuned to it and of the correct level, however, the creature wearing this amulet gain the following benefits:

At level 4:

• Your Constitution score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20
• You have advantage on Persuasion checks made to interact with Genasi
• You may speak and understand Primordial

At level 5:

• You can cast the Augury spell once per long rest
• You can use the Shape Water, Produce Flame, OR Prestidigitation cantrip once per short rest

At level 6:

• You gain +1 to AC and saving throws
• You have resistance to Fire OR Acid damage but must pick this at each long rest
• Difficult terrain does not cost extra movement

At level 7:

• You are compelled to find a new champion for the amulet, preferably of 1st level; failure to do so results in not being able to heal through any means
