Amulet of Selena

A silver amulet of a gleaming shield. Once attuned you can use the command word to summon a spectral shield. This shield gives you a +3 to ac instead of the usual +2.

While using the shield, once per long rest, you can use your reaction to deflect a ranged spell attack made against you. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your level.

If you reduce the damage to 0, you can choose a new target for the spell. You make a dex attack with proficiency, and choose a new target for the spell. This only works with spells where the attacker makes a spell attack roll.
