A horrid amalgamation of chromatic dragon skulls melded together shrunken down to the size of a humanoid skull, some of the jaws that are still visible move as if it's still alive.
Whenever the word dragon is said in any language within 30 feet of the skull, it awakens and breathes a random breath attack from adult chromatic dragons as a action. Roll a d6 to determine what breath attack the skull chooses. If the skull hears the word dragon again within the same day, it becomes berserk blasting a random adult chromatic dragon breath attack in every direction within a 60ft radius, afterward the skull begins to slowly crumble away. This can be shown to a chromatic dragon as a action to give them disadvantage on their next attack, this could only be done once unless the same chromatic dragon loses the memory of seeing the skull.
