Wondrous Item, rare
The arrow appears as a normal wooden arrows with some arcane runes scribbled on the shaft. The arrow has 8 6 feathered fletching instead of the normal 4.
You fire this arrow to an unoccupied spot of your choosing 20 feet above the ground. The arrow bursts into hundreds of duplicate arrows. These arrows shower down in a 40 foot radius. All creatures in to the radius must make a DC 15 savings throw. On a failure the creatures take 10d6 piercing damage. On a success the creatures take half of that damage.
Once used the arrow is destroyed.
