Until ownership of the spire is passed, all that remains is a pile of ash. When a new owner is found, the spire is claimed by the magic of its making and forms initially into a bracer of woven wood. Although sturdy, the bracer itself adds nothing to the wearer's armor. With a bonus action, the owner can spark the magic of the spire, burning the bracer to witness it fall into ash and reform as a staff in the hands of the owner. The staff will remain solid as long as it is being held. If dropped or broken it disintigrates into ash and the bracer forms again on the owners wrist 10 minutes later.
-As long as the bracer is worn or staff is wielded, all physical attacks by the owner count as magical and deal fire damage. Unless it is within the 10 minute recharge period, this counts for any and all different forms the wielder might take -The spire is attuned to in stages(2).
-Upon reaching the first stage, the wielder becomes resistant to fire magic and gains access to the spell Mark of Rodgort
-Effects of the second stage of attunement have never been witnessed.
