Wondrous Item, rare
One of the many magic capes that aids numerous adventurers on their travels. This one in particular provides solid protection for it's wearer but seems torn and tattered. Maybe one can use it's full potential if a craftsman, skilled in the ways of magic, can be found and paid to repair it.
