Anti-gravity Splash Potion

A glass, oblong bottle with a little bit of gun powder strapped to the cork sealing it, has a mysterious blue glow about it. When shattered on the ground,every creature or object with range (15 ft.) must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or have the spell levitate cast on them. When shattered, the liquid inside spews out causing a light blue, gaseous cloud to puff up. Once broken it can no longer be used.
