Amulet of Wind Shear

Created by the Tempest Templar, this amulet holds the sheer force of the greatest wind storms. 

While attuned to this amulet, a blast of wind burst forth at enemy projectiles. When you are hit with a ranged attack (weapon or spell) the damage is reduced by 2d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier.

Wind cannot deflect the truest of strikes, however. If the attack was a critical hit, the amulet does not affect the damage.
