turns the castor into a fire elemental/Phoenix lord

Phoenix stats:

• 4x the health of the castor.
• flying speed is 2x castor's walking speed.
• will cast Delayed Blast Fireball at the 4 strongest enemies.
• will cast Fireball at the 4 closest enemies.
• will cast Dragon's Breath, which deals continuous fire damage (2d8 fire damage) to a enemy until the Phoenix turns back into castor.
• Phoenix lasts 2 days or less, depending on the castor.
• When Phoenix dissipates back into the castor's form, the Phoenix touches the ground and turns back into castor form.
• heals 1 hp per second.
• clears any negative conditions after 1 round.
