This Valiant Ring is the only other Magic item that Zan the Archaic bard wields. He with the power of the gods that he stores as batteries, he forged this Ring with great intelligence. So much so that once the ring is put on a creature the ring becomes invisible and intangible by any other creature besides the wielder. This Ring was to be Zan's wedding ring to the Raven Queen in his universe, but after he made the Staff she saw how corrupt he truly was and left him. sadden do to his loss of his love Zan continues to wield the unstoppable powers of the ring and staff. 

This Magic Item allows you to have you intelligence score go up to 30.

This magic Item also has 1 charge, that is recharged after every long rest. If you expend one charge you cast command at 9th level.
