Angel's Blessing

This golden locket always appears polished but is otherwise unadorned.

Angel's Blessing can be used to produce the effect of a light cantrip.  The locket is the source of the light and activating it requires an action.  The wearer loosely grasps the locket and blows across its surface to activate the light effect.  This effect can be used an unlimited number times per day but must be reactivated every 10 minutes.  The locket will begin to dim 1 round before it needs to be renewed.  Once the light effect is activate it cannot be dismissed but the locket can be shielded from sight.

Inside the locket is a prayer to a long forgotten arch angel.  Once per day the prayer can be recited to cast a Bless spell at 7th level.
