Amulet of the Fey Hound

A oval copper pendant inscribed with a filigree dog with jade inset eyes. The amulet allows the user to summon a fey creature in the form of a Blink Dog. The dog has the stats of a Blink Dog unless the form is changed.

The amulet gives the owner access to the Find Familiar spell and allows them a once per day use without components. If the caster wishes to recast the spell or change the appearance of  the dog, they must purchase components and use a first level spell slot to cast the spell as normal.
