A sword that's origin is unknown but many think that it was created by a being before the gods that we know today, a being of such power that the things he created had such great power that the gods feared them, knowing that one day these creations may be the end of them. The gods tried to destroy them but it wasn't possible then they tried recreating them, once again to no avail. Finally they settled on scattering these great objects to the many planes, but over time; for one reason or another, they've started to converge onto the material plane. This being though, the one to rival the gods, was a smart one, he knew that one day all his creations would put reality on the brink of destruction so he created this sword to finally put his soul to rest. The reason for this is because he put a little bit of himself into each creation, that is what gives them there great strength. Some even say if you are truly worthy of one of the items he has created then you can hear him guild you to your true destiny.
This sword's ability can only be used by a single creature i.e. character three times and each time pays a heavy toll on them. After the first use their health is halved and if they do continue to level up it is half their hit die (round down, minimum 1) + Con. modifier. After the next time they use it their health is halved again and their health increases by 1/4 their hit die (round down, minimum 1) + Con modifier. On the third use no matter what the character/creature dies and can never be revived, though they may be reincarnated with some sort of permeate injury to their mind or body (talk to your GM about this) but if the do get reincarnated then they only remember their life like a unclear dream, remembering the important parts but can't quite remember specifics
The actual sword itself hits for a 1d20
