A sword with a pitch black blade and an ebony handle. The blade seems normal at first but the more you look at its blade the more you can see a crimson mist swirling inside it. When the sword draws blood it seems to be flowing inside the blade. If there is blood on the blade, you place it next to a puddle of blood, or blood flies through the air around the sword, it seems to suck it into its blade.
When you hit a creature with this weapon you can choose to take (1d6) or (1d8) necrotic damage and deal that same amount of damage to your target. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Heavy, Two-Handed, Graze
