the amulet is about 4 inch in diameter and is a reversible clown face one side is laughing the other side is crying.
The wearer of this Amulet can activate it after making a killing blow, after activation the owner must provide an hilarious quip or anecdote, which the Dm would have the final decision whether it is worthy or not.
A successful attempt will result in 3 D6 worth of healing
A failed attempt will result in 3 D6 worth of Lightning damage
