Asylum Shield

While wielding this shield when a creature adjacent to you is the target of an attack, and you are between the attacker and the target, you can give the target the benefits of full cover.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
