A large brass spear that is solid metal. Incredibly well balanced however. While holding this weapon and any shield the spear maintains its ability to roll a d8 while rolling for damage.
The spear allows you to only make a single attack as part of your attack action, however, for each attack that you would miss out on as part of your multiattack, add 1d10 to the damage dice rolled.
The spear does not posses the thrown weapon property. Instead, while attuned, the wielder may take an action to throw the spear in a 30 ft line. Each enemy in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw at a DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your strength score. The first enemy in that line takes 1d8 + 1d10 piercing damage for each attack granted by your multi-attack feature on a failed save, and half on a successful save, every other enemy takes half damage on a fail and none on a success. As a bonus action on this turn or any subsequent turns, you may recall the spear to your grip, imposing the same saving throw on every enemy in a line from the spear to you. Each enemy takes 1d6 x number of attacks that you can make on attack action, piercing damage on a failed save and none on a successful save.
Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: humanoid with a strength score of 13 and the multiattack ability to attune., Thrown, Versatile, Sap
