Armor (studded leather), artifact (requires attunement by a Requires attunement by a non-evil character)

Theodred Kayzurwen was a warrior elf who lived many centuries ago. He fought in great battles and carried a legendary sword called Twilight. Theodred was a staunch follower of the goddess The Moonweaver, and as such adopted many characteristics of the moon itself. His skin was a pale white, and emanated a soft glow. He carried the moonblade Twilight, and his armor had a similar quality as well.

This armor is a dark black armor, studded with glowing pearls covering it in a random pattern. From a distance it almost looks like the night sky, with glowing stars.

At dusk the pearls in the armor light up with a faint glow of moonlight. This effect can be dispelled at will, and it will not trigger if the armor senses that the wearer is attempting to be stealthy.

When the moment is right, the armor will awaken to a higher state of magic. When this happens it enters its awakened state. The following bonuses apply in addition to its base bonuses:

You have a +3 bonus to AC while wearing this armor (raised from +2).

Additionally, you can cast Moonbeam from it once per day (resets at dawn) while attuned (CON save 17) (CON save raised from 15).

While attuned the wearer has blindsight out to 30ft. (changed from darkvision of 60ft.)

When struck by a melee attack the wearer can use their reaction to deal 2d6 radiant damage to the attacker.

The wearer is also immune from being frightened.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
