Insignia of Change

This 4 square inch metal disk appears to be made of silver and is polished to a mirror shine in its default state. It has fasteners to be able to be worn as a cloak clasp, pinned badge, or some other kind of similar clothing accessory. By speaking the command word and holding the disk in your hand you can use a bonus action to transmute the disk into a different metal and change its shape. The metal can appear as copper, silver, gold, or iron with any desired luster, from dull to very shiny. You can also change its shape to any symbol or shape that you have seen as long as the shape is less than 4 square inches. If the shape requires fine detail you must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence check, proficiency with a tool may allow you to add your proficiency bonus at your DMs discretion.
