Archer's Breastplate

This breastplate is black with a silver arrow emblazoned across the front.

While wearing this armor, ranged attack rolls of 19 and 20 are considered critical. Additionally, it grants +1 AC to the creature wearing it while that creature has a bow equipped. If the wearer drops or unequips the bow, the AC bonus is lost.

 Additionally, you are considered proficient with this armor even if you are not proficient with medium armor.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
