A glass orb filled with a swirling mass of magical energy, blue and violet in color. Sheds dim light in a 5 foot radius. This item has 5 charges which recharges 1d4+1 each dawn. Using a Bonus Action, An attuned creature can expend any number of charges to regain a spell slot equal to the number of charges expended. When the last charge is expended, roll a d20, on a (1) the item explodes. |
