Used by Enduku himself, this staff allows the target turn into an ancient dragon of their heritage, provided that they are dragonborn or of dragon descent.
Notes: The staff will change color according to dragonborn wielding it/under its influence. When one person targets another appropriate target, they have the chance to take control of the target. If the target attempts to resist, they must make a wisdom saving throw (8+wis. mod. + prof. mod.). The magic of this staff can carry some major side effects, such as this; if the target has been transformed for a considerably long period of time, they will slowly begin to lose their previous memories and begin to believe that they have been a dragon their whole life and begin to behave as such. When this happens, they cannot revert back to their original form.
