1/day the owner can choose 2 creatures that can see and hear the divine caster and must be within 30’ of the pendant, one target has advantage to its next saving throw to take place over the next minute and the other target is at disadvantage to be hit by the next attack roll on it over the next minute. No concentration required as it isn’t a spell but a magical effect of the pendant. It can’t be counterspelled but can be dispelled individually.
