While you wear it, you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack .

Blood Drain. When a enemy is damaged, you can cast a spell for a bonus action that ignores AC and have lifesteal. Blood Drain deals 1d4+Spell attack necrotic damage. If you have full health this deals 1d20+Spell attack necrotic damage. If this attack kills an enemy it drains its soul and sends it to the Phlactery of the wielder.

Blood Feast. When this ability is used you cast Blood Drain to every living creature within 60 feet.(Can be used again after a long rest)

Blood Surge. You can give hp to an ally from your hp pool.( Max 40 )

Spawn Creature. You can use 10 hp to spawn 2 vampire spawns or 2 Nightmare or 2 Erinyes

Shapeshift. This item can change shape and become a succubus or vampire (Wielder decides which one). Needs to devour a soul of an humanoid to go back to item form.

This item has hearing and trueshigt out to 120 feet.

The item can speak, read, and understand languages that carrier knows. In addition, the item can communicate telepathically with any character that carries or wields it.

Chaotic evil. This item craves destruction and goads its user to fight arbitrarily. If wielder gets in a conflict item will try to take control and go berserk attacking every living creature on sight.

Whenever weared this amulet the souls drained to it wil whisper their curses to your ear whispering continously.
