Upon firing this weapon, it deals 3d10 necrotic damage, lowering a target's HP maximum, until a long rest is completed. If a target"s HP is lowered to 0, it is disintegrated, leaving only a small pile of dust, and whatever clothing and possesions it had. If the target is not terminated in one shot, it is paralyzed for the remainder of the round. (Weapon also affects mechanical targets.)
In addition, this weapon also includes a melee function. with its electro bayonet, it can also deal 1d6 lightning damage, and knocking creatures back 10 feet, and causing them to lie prone!
Enjoy!
It’s up to you to decide whether a character has proficiency with a firearm. Characters in most D&D worlds wouldn’t have such proficiency. During their downtime, characters can use the training rules in the Player’s Handbook to acquire proficiency, assuming that they have enough ammunition to keep the weapons working while mastering their use.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Necrotic, Damage: Lightning, Paralyzed, Prone, only one round can be in the chamber at a time, however, several charges can be on hand for continual use, Damage, Range, Two-Handed, Ammunition (Firearms), Reload, Slow

Posted Mar 31, 2020ok, so this version was a little too OP during playtesting, but I'll be dropping a newer, more balanced version soon.
