A strange orb. It has 100 charges, regaining 1d100 of them daily at dawn. You may use an action to expend a certain number of charges. This recharges x% of the charges on the nearest magic item (excluding the charger itself), where x is the number of charges expended. This can charge magic items that do not usually recharge on their own.
