This beautiful cruciform dagger is fitted with an aquamarine crystal and engraved with a prayer in old elvish. While you hold the dagger you can use a bonus action to give yourself resistance to fire damage for a minute. The dagger has 4 charges and regains 1d4 charges daily at dawn. While holding this dagger, you may expend one charge to cause frost to form a long, thin blade around the dagger. While in this state any target you hit with the dagger takes an extra 1d6 cold damage. this state lasts for one minute, until you sheath the dagger or fall unconscious.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
