Aegis

This +1 shield has the face of medusa on its front. Any hostile creature that sees it within 60 feet must make a DC 17 will save or become frightened for one minute. Once the effect fades or if a creature succeeds on its saving throw, it cannot be affected by the shield for 24 hours. 

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
