Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Pick an item of your choice and bond with it while holding the amulet for the duration of a long rest.)
After attuning to the amulet you can spend a bonus action to either teleport to the amulet or have the amulet teleport to you. The amulet fuses to the item you attuned it to.
If the item is destroyed so is the amulet.
