The Arc Kyber reactor is constructed of a metal ring at the center of which lies a Kyber shard with a bound air element in it. The metal ring can be fastened to any type of armor either with a strap or melded into the armor.
The wearer of this item can control the air elemental within to gain flight (much like the Khyber shard that controls the air ships in Eberron)
Movement and control is the same as found in the Eberron source book for airship travel. (20mph)
This armor is leather armor with heavy rings sewn into it. The rings help reinforce the armor against blows from swords and axes. Ring mail is inferior to chain mail, and it's usually worn only by those who can't afford better armor.
Notes: Because the Kyber shard contains an air elemental that needs to be controlled by the wearer (much like a flying machine in Eberron), the individual who first controls the elemental must attune to this item., Stealth Disadvantage
