Angel Wings Tattoo

This tattoo looks like a pair of furled, white feathered Angel's wings.

Once inked with this tattoo, you gain a flying speed which is equal to your walking speed. The wings allow you to fly for up to 4 hours, which may be all in one go or over multiple shorter flights. Each flight uses a minimum of 1 minute from the total available time. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land.

When flying, the tattoo unfurls into a pair of ethereal white wings with a 15' span. They touch nothing, cannot be harmed, and will still work normally if there is not enough space for the ethereal wings.

For every 12 hours that they aren't used, the wings will regain 2 hours of flying time.

To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.
