Amulet Of The Lover

A thin golden chain attaches itself in the indentation of a gem-shaped heart, this gem has complex and interlacing runes carved onto it almost forming a male or female figure. Upon death the wearer will resurrect to 3d8+10 hit points at the end of its next turn. Upon revival, they must roll 1d100 on a 34 or less they must make a DC13 constitution saving throw or be petrified, if successful the amulet will turn into a magical item called A Heart Of Stone and the creature revived will gain the feat Stone Hearted.

(Creation of this item can be accomplished by a spell caster with an intelligence of 15 or higher, or by an artificer. This item requires the following items to be made; An Amulet Of Revival, a gem encrusted knife with a diamond in its hilt, 3 platinum pitons worth 70 gp each, gold chalk worth 50 gp, 1 Philter of Love, residium glass laminated rose petals worth 125 gp, red copper scales 1 inch wide, and a soul of one, given willingly. The creation of the item entails the drawing of a ritual circle 1ft. in it's diameter using the golden chalk, having the sacrifice have the platinum pitons imbeded into their hands and chest, after which they will drink the philter of love, the residium glass laminated rose petals along with the copper scales will be scattered across the body of the sacrifice, and the amulet of revival must be worn by the sacrifice all the while, the knife will be plunged into the heart of the sacrifice while chanting the incantation this in turn will turn the Amulet Of Revival into an Amulet Of The Lover.)

Notes: During attunement process the gem shaped heart will beat in rythm with the heart of the wearer, if taken off while the beating is occuring the wearer will take 2d12 necrotic damage and shall suffer the arcane affliction associated with the item. At the last few moments during the attunement process, the heart will hover and will pulse brighter and brighter, at its brightest the wearer will also hover and the heart shall produce a swirling energy that will envelop the wearer, after this process, the wearer will be set back down, and the heart shaped gem wil start to pulse dimly with a light in rythm with the heartbeat of the wearer., Necklace
