This chisel has a wooden handle that has engravings of small runes in a single line spiraling across the length of it, the bottom of the chisel has a leather cap that is permanently attached to it, it has dozens of runes connecting it to the handle and it has a singular large rune that is marked with platinum. The chisel's blade has a line of runes that is on the backside of it, and on the slanted side, the chisel has a single rune that is near it's cutting edge, the blade is made of adamantium.
The enchantments on this chisel have made it so that the cutting edge of the chisel never dulls, it is also able to chisel any type of material; no matter how hard it is. The handle of this chisel is made so it will never rot, never crack, and never break.
Those attuned to this item can cast the "Spiritual Weapon" spell once per day in the form of a mallet. A lesser version of the "Shield" spell is enchanted on this item to absorb the impact of the mallet impacting on the butt end of the chisel. The item can also cast the "Stone Shape" spell once per day.
The lesser shield spell enchantment's power can be released once per day forming a usable "Shield'' spell. Due to the enchantment to be able to cut through the hardest materials, all target's AC will never be higher than to 20 when this is used to attack enemies.
Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
