This obsidian pendant with silver and gold filigree, has ancient elvish is inscribed into the ornate filigree which radiates a subtle white light when the power of the pendant is used.
The Pendant increases the potency of the Magic of the Wearer but at a cost.
The Pendant can be used to increase the spell save DC of the wielder by +3 at a cost of 15 hp per use. This can only be used twice per day.
The Pendant regains its charges at dawn.
