Armor (shield), rare
A shield is made of alligator skin, stretched over a crudely fashioned frame of sticks.
This shield provides little protection (only 1 AC) but grats the wielder a feeling of invincibility.
The shield has been enchanted with the spell Heroism.
Heroism: The creature holding this shield is immune to being frightened and gains temporary hit points equal to your spellcasting ability modifier. As long as the wielder hold the shield, the effect remains applied to them.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
