base longbow +1. once this weapon is attuned if the attuned user crits on an attack roll with this weapon it will cast Darkness and devil sight ono the user. these spells last until the user makes their next attack.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Fire, Damage: Necrotic, requires 4 hours of physical contact/usage, Combat, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow

this doesn't seem nearly strong enough to be legendary, the Oathbow is more powerful and is only very rare
Perhaps it should just grant the user devil's sight and allow them to cast darkness with a range of self 1/day.
For the record, devil's sight is not a spell that can be cast and is rather a Warlock invocation; so it would make more sense to say that a critical hit with this weapon casts the darkness spell centred on the attuned wielder, then clarify that the wielder may see through this darkness.
I can do this thing and will now abuse it a lot.
