Wondrous Item, very rare
This beautifully crafted arrow has a white shaft and blue feathers that glistens like sapphires when held in the light. The arrowhead has elvish runes of divination inscribed on to it.
This arrow is considered magical for overcoming resistances and immunities. In addition, you can use your bonus action to speak its command word, causing its magic to activate. On the next attack you make with this arrow you can see threw it as if you cast the arcane eye spell, with the arrow as your "eye".
The arrow regains this ability each day at dawn. If you use this ability, roll a d20. On a 1, the arrow shatters and is destroyed, this number increases by one each time after the first. This arrow has been used 1d20 - 1 times before.
