Amulet of Advance Action

This is an amulet comprised of a small amount of quicksilver in an hourglass shaped glass enclosure surrounded by silver on a silver chain.
Wearing this amulet will grant advantage to the wearer's initiative roll. It is usable 3 times. After a long rest, the amulet is usable 3 more times.
Furthermore, wearing the amulet gives advantage to saving throws vs. slowing or immobilizing effects, and normal movement over difficult terrain.
The amulet will also add 2 to the wearer's DEX score, once the item is attuned, while the amulet is worn.
