Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a You must put on the amulet, against your skin. Upon contact with your skin small spines reach out and worm their way into your flesh, take 1d4 damage.)

A hexagonal amulet made of gold. Before attunement the amulet has a generic face upon it. When it attaches to your skin it shifts into a perfect sculpture of your face. You begin to feel strength course through your veins, and your movements quicken, but as you catch a glimpse of yourself in the reflection your skin is rotting off, and you appear to be one of the undead. No spell or disguise can cover it up and you now have disadvantage on stealth rolls where the DM rules that smell would give you away. During the first day, as you wear the amulet, the gold melts down the face and a skull begins to uncover. If you leave the amulet on for more than a day you begin transforming into an undead zombie of some type. You may reuse the amulet after the gold has reformed over the face, generally a period of one week.

Notes: Bonus: Dexterity Score, Bonus: Strength Score, You must put on the amulet, against your skin. Upon contact with your skin small spines reach out and worm their way into your flesh, take 1d4 damage.
