While attuned to this spinner, you feel a supressible urge to spin it. When occupied in this manner, you have advantage on saving throws against being possessed or frightened due to your distraction. The fidget spinner also varies depending on the rarity, and costs a varying amount. 

Stage 1 Fidget Spinner: 1 cp. This plastic spinner is your least favorite garish, bright color, and appears that way to anyone who sees it, without having to be attuned. The spinner, now referred to as a FS, makes a loud noise, and you have disadvantage on any ability check or saving throw that relies on hearing while it is moving, as well as Stealth checks. The FS also has a cumulative 3% chance of breaking per 10 minutes you use it.  Common

Stage 2 Fidget Spinner: 1 gp. This spinner is made out of metal and is somewhat noisy, though not to impose any disadvantage unless stated by the DM. Uncommon

Stage 3 Fidget Spinner: Only 1 exists. ∞ gp. This legendary artæfact was thought to be the creation of a long-forgotten elite gnome tinkerer. The only sound it makes is comparable to a spider spinning in the dead of night. When started, it will spin for eternity unless interupted.
